Afia Pokuaa aka Vim Lady finally joins UTV from Multimedia, hosts her first show
Ace Ghanaian broadcast journalist, Afia Pokuaa, popularly known as Vim Lady has joined Osei Kwame Despite’s UTV from Multimedia, owners of Adom FM.
Barely a month ago, reports surfaced that one of the best female voices on radio, Afia Pokuaa aka Vim Lady has quit her position at Adom FM and reportedly heading to Angel FM owned by wealthy entrepreneurs, Dr Kwaku Oteng.
Well, the confirmed report is that she’s now with RTP’s ‘2018/2019 TV Station Of The Year’, United Television (UTV) and now is the host of the most educative show, ‘Mmra No Se Sen’ which airs on every Friday evening on UTV.
The programme explains what the law says on almost any subject Ghanaians encounter on daily basis, be it in marriage, social engagements, business contracts, civil rights, natural rights, employer-employee contracts, land and property acquisition, how to bail an arrested person from a police station, amongst others.
Announcing her arrival on their official Instagram page, UTV Ghana posted a photo of Afia Pokuaa hosting her first show and captioned: “It’s official, @real_vimlady is the new face of your most educative show, #MmaraNoSeSen and she’s been joined by Lawyer John Kwame Quayson.”
