Davido reacts to arrest of Senator Ademola Adeleke

Senator Ademola Adeleke also known as the Dancing Senator has been arrested the Nigeria Police Force.

Adeleke was taken into custody on Monday night and will be arraigned in court today Tuesday, May 7th.

His nephew, David Adeleke popularly known as Davido, has expressed his sadness concerning the situation.

The award-winning singer shared a post about his uncle’s arrest on his Instagram page and captioned it “I give up on democracy”. He posted another picture with the statement “It is now a crime in Nigeria to win an election!”

Davido seems to think that his uncle is being unfairly targeted by the Nigerian Police Force and his human rights are being infringed upon.
