As fans who have been waiting for a long time for Kendrick Lamar’s fifth studio album have gotten a release date through Kendrick himself, now we are getting little tidbits about the album titled “Mr. Morale & The Big Steppers” i.e. scheduled to arrive on 13th of May.

Daylyt who is a battle rapper himself and a well-known associate of Top Dawg Ent fam has taken to Twitter a few hours ago to share his reactions after allegedly listening to one of the tracks from “Mr. Morale & Big Stepper”. Daylyt wrote that he has heard a song from Big Steppa and they may kill him (Kendrick) for this. He also followed the tweet with another one “Protect Kendrick at all cost..he going out with bang”.

Kendrick isn’t much stranger to receiving outrageous reactions from the public for his songs, many will remember Kendrick’s infamous 2015 song ‘Alright’ which received a huge backlash from the media for the line attributing to police violence. Back then Fox News reporter Geraldo Rivera went on to say during the debate that “Hip-Hop has done more damage to African-Americans than racism”

Even though it isn’t much known about Kendrick’s forthcoming album besides the album title and producers like Boi-1da, Sounwave, Cardo confirming their contribution to the album, the hype for “Mr. Morale and The Big Steppers” is guaranteed to be through the roof in coming weeks.

Meanwhile, Kendrick Lamar has been spotted in the last few days with his latest pg-lang signee at the Dodgers game and also at Coachella with another pg-lang Baby Keem. Check out the pics below:
