I swept Odorgunno SHS compound because of my son – Medikal’s mother narrates

Mother of rapper Samuel Adu Frimpong known in showbiz circles as Medikal, has today narrated a very touching story about his mother in an interview on Hitz Fm with Andy Dosty.

According to Madam Porshia Lamptey, she was not in support of his son being a musician.

“I wanted my son to get a respected job, but he was blind by music, I remember his days in Odorgunno Senior High School he was sacked from school, because of his musical attitude, I went to beg the then headmaster but in vain, I was ordered by the headmaster to clean his office, with the love for my stubborn son I did and ended up sweeping the whole Odorgunno SHS compound”, she narrated.

She added that although her son was stubborn because he wanted to do music, she is proud of him now.
