Ghanaian afrobeat and hip hop musician, Michael Takyi-Frimpong, well known Lord Paper, has reacted to his nomination in 3Music as a breakthrough act.

Lord Paper, who also earned a nomination as a new artiste in the 2020 Vodafone Ghana Music Awards is not enthused about it.

Speaking on 3Music Awards Daily monitored by Zionfelix.net, the ‘Awurama’ composer said he is not a new artiste.

Lord Paper stated he broke through in the year 2016. He, however, indicated that it is cool that they are now recognizing his efforts in the music industry.

Lord Paper appreciated the organizers for recognizing him because he thought he would never be nominated.
