Free Stonebwoy! Free Stonebwoy from Jamaica to the world. Do you hear that? Bless up Stonebwoy,”

His comments followed the recent feud that occurred between at the just-ended VGMA held on Saturday, May 18, 2019. The scuffle occurred when Shatta Wale walked up on stage at a time Stonebwoy was receiving an award. After Stonebwoy was adjudged Reggae/Dancehall Artiste of the Year, Shatta Wale and his team also went on stage.

Shatta Wale’s action resulted in Stonebwoy wielding a gun as well as some blows thrown on stage at the event. The incident was however condemned by top personalities and entertainment pundits as they claimed that both musicians did not comport themselves. Meanwhile, the incident has brought a lot of division as fans of the two musicians are throwing support behind their artistes.

The two musicians even though they have been given bail are still in the news for the very wrong reasons. In a press conference held by VGMA board, it has been announced that both artistes have been banned. In addition to the ban, Shatta Wale and Stonebwoy have been stripped off their awards that they won at the recent VGMA awards.
