Kim Kardashian crossed paths with her ex-boyfriend Pete Davidson at the 2023 Met Gala. “The Kardashians” star was seen having a friendly reunion with the former “Saturday Night Live” cast member while at the star-studded event in New York City on Monday, May 1.

In some pictures from the biggest fashion night, Kim and Pete were seen to be on good terms following their split 8 months ago. The former couple was featured chatting with singer Usher and at one point, the trio could be seen laughing together.

For the occasion, the reality TV star looked stunning in a corseted Schiaparelli dress dripping with pearls. “The King of Staten Island” star, meanwhile, kept his look casual in a Fendi T-shirt, leather pants and a trench coat.

The Met Gala was a special place for the pair. Last year, Kim and Pete showed PDA as they graced the red carpet as a couple. The comedian even kissed the SKIMS founder, who wore a blonde hairstyle to fully channel Marilyn Monroe at the charity event which theme was “In America: An Anthology of Fashion”.

Kim also shared that things between her and Pete started at Met Gala. “He had been asking around for my number a little bit,” the former “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” star recalled in an episode of “Not Skinny But Not Fat podcast” last year. “I saw him at the Met and he knew I was hosting ‘SNL’, but it wasn’t announced yet. He came up to me and we were talking about ‘SNL’.”

The mom of four, however, had difficulties giving the “bodies, bodies, bodies” star her number at the time due to the gloves on her Balenciaga outfit. Thankfully, the pair reconnected in October 2021 when she appeared on his NBC sketch comedy show.

In the episode, they shared a kiss onscreen and Kim noted that she felt something during the moment. “When we kissed, I was just like, ‘Hmm!’ ” she revealed. “A few days later, I was like, ‘Hmm, there is some BDE action.’ ”
