Kodak Black’s found himself in more legal trouble just weeks after he was arrested at the U.S.-Canada border. State and federal police pulled up on Kodak Black ahead of his Rolling Loud set with an arrest warrant for falsifying documents to obtain a gun. He’s facing 10 years in prison if convicted. Now, the rapper’s currently has a case pending against him for sexual assault in North Carolina and he’s also has a felony on his record. While the rapper’s been in police custody since this weekend, the rapper has reportedly posted bail by using his home as collateral.

According to The Blast, Kodak Black appeared in court earlier today where he pled not guilty for the federal gun charges against him. The judge gave Kodak Black permission to use his $600K home as collateral in order to secure his bond which was placed at $500K. The rapper was released after posting bond with house arrest.

Unfortunately, since the rapper is currently out on bail for his North Carolina case, his legal team feels like his recent arrest could spark a revocation in the sexual assault case.

The rapper is accused of faking papers in order to try and purchase multiple firearms including 9mm handgun, a .380-caliber handgun, and a semiautomatic Mini Draco pistol.

Although Kodak appeared in court, he didn’t speak. His attorney, Bradford Cohen, was asked how he planned on handling the several open cases on his hands including the rapper’s border arrest.

“A great general once said, ‘How is your army of 1000 men going to take on an army 10 times the size?’ And he replied, ‘One at a time,’” Cohen reportedly told the judge.
