Smith goes on to detail the joy of being a mother-to-be and the pain with dealing with losing a child. Just a few days prior to Smith’s post, Xan seemingly addressed the topic on his Instagram Stories, penning a message that read, “Hey guys I’m really not feeling well today,” he said. “I’m sorry if I’m M.I.A. for the next few days, I just need to get my mind right. I love you guys to death.”
Shortly after announcing their pregnancy, Smith and Xan came under fire with Internet users accusing them of faking the pregnancy, with someone pulling up a sonogram from a Google search and matching it to Smith’s.
