Former president Barack Obama unleashed his annual summer playlist on Saturday morning (August 24).

Artists such as A Tribe Called Quest, The Spinners, Mac Miller and Drake were included on the 44-track playlist, which was carefully curated by 44 himself

Several of the chosen ones have reacted to their inclusion on social media.

Burgeoning superstar Lizzo, for example, noted she’d just tweeted about Obama shortly before he released the 2019 edition.

“I TWEETED THIS AT 10:26AM AND ONE HOUR LATER PRESIDENT @barackobama TWEETED ABOUT ME!!!” she wrote in all caps. “WE’RE FRIENDS NOW I DONT MAKE THE RULES!!! STREAM JUICE!!! OBAMA’S 6# FAVORITE SONG RN.”

Anderson .Paak, who pops up twice on Obama’s list for his contribution to BJ The Chicago Kid’s “Feel The Vibe” and “Dang!” by the late Mac Miller, also shared a screenshot of Obama’s playlist.

The caption read, “Make It Better for the winter playlist! @barackobama,” a reference to his Ventura cut with Smokey Robinson.

Ty Dolla $ign and 2 Chainz were equally as thrilled be included on Obama’s list thanks to the Chainz’s song “It’s A Vibe” featuring Ty$, Trey Songz and Jhené Aiko.

Erick Sermon, whose “Music” collaboration with Marvin Gaye made the list, was also moved by the honor.
