Nenyi George Andah supplies Obrachire Senior High School with items

Nenyi George Andah, MP for Awutu Senya West in the Central Region has on Monday 7th January 2019, donated a list of items to the home science department of the Obrachire Senior High School in his constituency.

The MP who was recently honored by the Ghana Leadership Awards, as Best MP of 2018 made these donations as part of his efforts to ease the teaching and learning process and support the school in achieving excellence.

The donations were received with much excitement and supported by the VALCO Trust, who also fund partnered the first donation of Educational materials and equipment to the Home Economics Department of Bawjiase Senior High School, with is the only school under the double track system in the Awutu Senya West constituency

Speaking to one of the student, who had just returned from the holidays, to the pleasant surprise, she expressed excitement and gratitude to God and the MP, as she stated “This is a good thing to happen at the beginning of the term. The Freezers, Sewing Machines, Gas Cylinder and cookers, Irons and more will really help us with Practicals. We thank God for our MP”

Nenyi George Andah, during the handing over of the items encouraged the students to take advantage of the opportunities created to achieve excellence. He further assured that the president and his government have taken necessary steps to ensure that more students have access to quality education at the SHS level.
