Cape Town born singer Rowlene has been in the game for a minute, releasing impressive singles for herself while assisting others, including A-Reece, Tellaman and Nasty C for some hits. Nasty C signed singer Rowlene to his label Tall Racks immediately he announced the new company.

Rowlene has now admitted to why she penned things with Nasty C’s Tall Racks, having being independent for a minute.

“We are friends before anything else and he understands me like nobody else does. I won’t say that he found me, but he was one of the people that has been pushing me. He believed in me when I didn’t believe in myself. We are all a family at Tall Racks and push each other,” she told TimesLive.
