Sarkodie is not just an artiste; he’s a spiritual gift – Hamamat

Hamamat Montia, a Ghanaian model and former Miss Malaika Queen, has described rapper Sarkodie as ‘not just an artiste, but a spiritual gift’.

The young entrepreneur made this statement when the SarkCess Music label owner paid her a surprise visit on Wednesday, April 24, at her African Village spa and hotel in Accra.

Hamamat was shocked when Sarkodie and his team walked into her office to pay a visit.

She revealed that she has always been a fan of Sarkodie’s music, adding that they have known each other for a long time.

Describing the surprise visit and Sarkodie’s influence, Hamamat stated” “Today has been wonderful. You know, Sarkodie for me is not just an artiste; he is a spiritual present. So anytime he’s around, there’s this mood, there’s this vibe and I really appreciate this. I’ve had so much fun. What a surprise!”

Sarkodie, on the other hand, disclosed that Hamamat has been part of her brand for years and even foresaw his future.

“You guys just don’t know. Me and Ham [Hamamat] go way back. We can take it way back…to the beginning of Sarkodie. And she has always believed in the brand. She foresaw my future, and I always respect that. I’m super proud of what you have been able to achieve,” he stated.
