Shatta Wale reacts to CNN’s list of Africa’s biggest music stars without any Ghanaian artiste & fires Sarkodie
Controversial dancehall artiste, Shatta Wale has reacted to CNN’s list of Africa’s biggest music stars without any Ghanaian Artiste that went few just yesterday.
It was very sad to note that, no Ghanaian artiste was able to make it on CNN‘s list of Africa’s biggest music stars.
Their list had Nigerians topping.
Below were CNN’s Top 10;
- Burnaboy
- Angelique Kidjo
- Diamond Platnumz
- Yemi Alade
- Tiwa Savage
- Wizkid
- Mr.Eazi
- Sho Madjozi
- Busiswa Gqulu
- Mwila Musonda, aka Slapdee
Instead of unleashing his anger on CNN, Shatta Wale has instead taken to his Facebook page to fire at the Ghanaian Media for playing a major role in their failure to appear on CNN’s list.
According to him, any Ghanaian station that will discuss CNN’s list must be ashamed of themselves.
He also fired Sarkodie for not appearing on the list.
He wrote:
“Now Ghana music industry you see how stupid you people are ? All you guys care about is people personal lives and not our professional lives (music) ..Now your artiste you paint to people no deh here , me too anode there??? ..You see how you fool ..mu maame tw3 Baako baako ????congrats to these arts ..You just made me proud and me alone I say !!! Any station that discuss this should bow their ugly faces in a public toilet shame !!!!!”
