Suspect Caught on Video Killing Woman Execution-Style in NY Arrested in Florida

Police have arrested the woman they think is responsible for the heinous execution-style murder which took place earlier this year in Brooklyn, New York City.

Claudia Banton, 42, was arrested in Jacksonville, FL for her role in the Aug. 4 death of Delia Johnson, also 42.

In a tweet announcing the arrest, NYPD Commissioner Dermot Shea wrote, “You can run, but the long arm of the law will find you. The woman responsible for the August 4th murder of a #Brooklyn woman has been apprehended by our partners in Jacksonville, Florida.”

Banton will be extradited back to New York where she will face unspecified charges.
