Talk to someone or else you will go crazy – MzVee advises

Ghanaian songstress, MzVee has advised others to talk to someone when they are depressed.

Speaking in an interview with B Ice on Agyenkwa FM which was monitored Zionfelix.net, MzVee warned that people who refused to communicate with others when in such a situations are likely to go crazy or end up in their early graves.

The ‘Natural Girl’ singer urged people who are facing this challenge to seek professional help if they do not have any loved one to communicate with.

“If you are depressed, communicate…talk to someone about it. It is one of the biggest things you can do for yourself,” she said.

Citing how depression is capable of killing, the former Lynx Entertainment artiste observed family, friends and trustworthy people can be of help in a situation like that.

MzVee recounted how depression forced her to stop schooling, quit music and all other things she was doing.

A now happy MzVee stated she has learnt a lot from what happened to her. According to her, the mistakes in life help in the improvement of oneself.
