But before we look at the best advice, we should take a look at the worst advice. This is what you should not do:
• low in fat
• Low in salt
• much water
• Lean protein
• Lose weight to be healthy.
• 6 small meals a day
• Exercise is the most important
• Cut down on added sugars, but still eat some
• Eat your breakfast
• There are no bad foods
• Everything in moderation
• There is no diet for everyone
• All diets work if you keep calories low.
• Replace saturated fat with vegetable oil.

Here are my top 5 health tips:

1. Keep your insulin normal
Keeping your insulin levels normal is one of the best things you can do for weight loss and your overall health. To promote healthy insulin levels, reduce carbohydrates, increase healthy fats, and avoid all vegetable oils.

2. Fasting
Intermittent fasting and prolonged fasting are great tools to promote a healthy body. They stimulate autophagy and help normalize insulin levels. Two things you can do to start your intermittent fasting plan are to skip breakfast and cut out all snacks.

3. Get healthy to lose weight
One of the worst tips is to lose weight to be healthy; instead, you must be healthy to lose weight. You always want to focus on your health first, and weight loss will come with it. Keep in mind that you can lose weight without being healthy, that is not our goal!

4. Eat a healthy diet
A low carb, high fat diet will put your body into ketosis. Ketones are the body’s preferred fuel source. A healthy ketogenic diet consists of plenty of vegetables and healthy fats that promote overall health and longevity. You always want to focus on organic, grass-fed, pasture-raised, wild-caught, and full-fat produce.
