Popular Ghanaian actress, Lydia Forson, has taken a strong exception to the incidents that rocked the 2019 edition of the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards (VGMA).

According to her, a number of incidents that occurred on the night of the event should not have occurred.

She however admitted that it was inevitable, taking into consideration the increasing levels of tension.

In her opinion, Ghanaians have played diverse roles in heightening the tension, resulting in the unfortunate consequences.

She therefore took the opportunity admonish Ghanaians to help come up with creative ways to enjoy the works of musicians without taking sides.

To her, it is possible to appreciate both Stonebwoy and Shatta Wale for their good works, without creating an atmosphere that would make everyone uncomfortable.
