News coming from the camp of Zlatan Ibile says that the rapper together with his personal assistant, Rahman Jago and houseboy, Guccy Branch have been released from EFCC holding cells.
Zlatan was released yesterday after 5 days in EFCC custody. The rapper was arrested alongside fellow rapper, Naira Marley over an alleged involvement in cybercrime commonly known as “Yahoo Yahoo”.
Naira Marley however is still in EFCC custody after incriminating files were found on his phone and laptop.
According to sources, Zlatan Ibile and the two others were released on bail after a Senior Advocate of Nigeria intervened on their behalf. It is alleged that this was done through Davido’s political connections.
The EFCC is yet to release a full statement regarding this situation.
