Ghanaian controversial media personality, Afia Schwarzenegger who can’t bear the pain caused her by Becca and the organisers and still barking over Cardi B’s snub has torn footballers, Michael Essien and Asamoah Gyan into pieces for mocking ‘meet and greet’ celebrities.
Afia Schwar and her friends became the trending topic on social media and also the talk of the town and even got featured in a CNN article after they were snubbed by American female rapper, Cardi B during her visit to Ghana.
After the fiasco, former Black Stars captain Asamoah Gyan and his former teammate Micheal Essien trolled the celebrities who were supposed to have a ‘Meet and Greet’ with American rapper, Cardi B in a live Instagram video.
Michael Essien and Asamoah Gyan in the live video claimed that being a celebrity in Ghana has become so cheap that everyone gets up, acts foolishly for 3 minutes and then boom, he or she becomes a celebrity with a huge following.
A peeved Afia Schwar reacting to their troll described the two as illiterate grown-up men with no or little knowledge about who qualifies to be a celebrity.
Afia Schwarzenegger retaliated that if she doesn’t qualify to be tagged a celebrity because she is not on the same level with Beyoncé, then both footballers don’t qualify to be called celebrities because they are also not on the same level with Lionel Messi.
