Angela Simmons Calls Yo Gotti ‘Best Man In The World’
Angela Simmons is head over heels for her boyfriend Yo Gotti, and couldn’t help but to sing his praises to the world in a recent post.
On Monday (March 13), Simmons took to her Instagram Story and dedicated a post to her boo, making sure to soundtrack it with Beyoncé‘s love anthem, “Love On Top.”
“Pretty sure I have the best man in the world,” she wrote with tons of heart emojis. “Big smile.”

Yo Gotti and Angela Simmons confirmed their long-rumored romance on January 1 with a romantic New Year’s Eve photoshoot. Simmons later said she’s “happier than [she’s] ever been” while gushing over her new relationship on Instagram.
Gotti practically manifested the relationship by announcing his love for Simmons — the daughter of Run-DMC legend Rev Run — on his 2015 single “Down in the DM,” which peaked at No. 13 on the Billboard Hot 100.
“And I just followed Angela (Simmons)/ Boy, I got a crush on Angela Simmons/ They like, ‘Damn Gotti, you bold’/ Fuck it, I’m gon’ let the world know (goals),” Gotti spits on the song. He also mentioned Simmons on his 2017 track “Save It For Me,” which dropped shortly after she became engaged to the late Sutton Tennyson, with whom she shares one child.
“Passed my number to Angela/ I thought I had her/ Her n-gga cuffed her, married, it made me madder/ I respect it, I’m moving on, but the truth is I want her badder/ Maybe me sayin’ her name made him move faster,” he raps.
Speculation intensified last September when the pair were spotted partying together Simmons’ 35th birthday, before their relationship was all but confirmed when Simmons posted a photo of her sharing a seductive moment with a mystery man at a party two months later.
The man in question was seen wearing the same outfit that Gotti had on at the bash – all but confirming the rumors.
Since going public with their love, Angela has been very vocal about her feelings for the “Rake It Up” rapper.
“You are all I need and more,” she wrote in one post earlier this year, while in another she said she’s “Happier than I ever been.”
