HALLE BAILEY DIVIDES FANS AS SHE SHUTS DOWN RUMORS SHE BROKE UP WITH ‘HUSBAND’ DDG

Halle Bailey has basically told her fans to drink water and mind their business, especially when it comes to her personal life.

The Little Mermaid star — whose seemingly on-again, off-again relationship with rapper DDG dominates the headlines with equal frequency as headlines about her professional goings-on — took to TikTok on Thursday (May 26) to share a cute video of herself with her man.

In the video, Bailey can be seen leaping up and down with glee as she runs up to the “Moonwalking in Calabasas” rapper. In the background, a remix of Beyoncé saying “I am on to see my husband” plays against an EDM beat, and the video closes out with the pair kissing sweetly.

The comments on the video were mixed, with some people being extremely disappointed in Halle Bailey (one commenter simply wrote “sigh”), while others were overjoyed that she was expressing her love.

“She just told y’all to kindly mind y’all’s,” wrote one commenter, while another said: “And thats how u clear a rumor. letem knowww minddd y’all’s business.”

A third wrote: “allegations – cleared,” in relation to recent rumors surrounding the couple’s alleged breakup.

Back in February, DDG indicated there was trouble in paradise when he posted a since-deleted tweet that hinted something may be wrong in his relationship with Bailey. The tweet read: “All these girls the same ain’t no wayy” along with a crying face emoji.

It didn’t take long for fans to notice DDG had wiped his Instagram clean of any photos with Bailey, as well as the fact that they were no longer following each other on the social media platform. DDG seemingly re-followed the singer after going viral, and people believed he implied that Halle cheated, which her fans didn’t take too lightly.

“Ddg tweeting like we was gon stick beside him against THE halle bailey like be fr,” someone wrote, while another said, “DDG will soon realize. This isn’t Rubi Rose he can just throw subs on twitter and everyone will believe him and clown her. This is HALLE BAILEY we talking about. This isn’t a war he wants to go through on this app fr.”

However, it seems as though those rumors were finally put to rest once and for all.
