I May Enter Into Politics In The Future – Stonebwoy Discloses

Award-winning dancehall Artist, Stonebwoy, says he might one day consider going into politics because he is eager to serve people.

According to Stonebwoy, his career as a musician puts him on the spot because he is serving the people directly or indirectly through his songs.

Stonebwoy mentioned the likes of Nigerian actor Banky W, Uganda musician Bobby Wine who have all become politicians despite being singers. Stonebwoy also mentioned Ghanaian actor cum politician, John Dumelo, as his inspiration to enter into politics.

Speaking on Daybreak Hitz on Hitz FM, Stonebwoy said, “we are messengers for the people already. We have to serve the people.”

Stonebwoy further charged musicians should aspire to form part of the decision making process to help the Ghana Music Industry.
