Jacob Makes a Decision on the Penultimate Episode of ‘The Way Home’
The Landry women make life-altering decisions on the penultimate episode of ‘The Way Home’.
Emotions are running high on the penultimate episode of The Way Home. With only one episode left before the season finale, all the Landry women face difficult decisions.
On last week’s episode, we discovered what happened at the party at Lingermore back in 2007. A young Kat (Alex Hook) was ready to run away with Elliot (David Webster) after a fight with Brady (Siddharth Sharma). A young Nick (Samuel Braun) saw Alice (Sadie Laflamme-Snow) at the masquerade party but only for a fleeting moment while the adult Nick (Kerry James) discovered Elliot’s journal from the past which caused more confusion for him as to who Alice is and when she came from. How does she exist in his past and his present without aging? Nick decides to confront Elliot (Evan Williams) about it. Del (Andie MacDowell) and Kat (Chyler Leigh) fought over selling the Landry farm to the Goodwins as Kat struggled with leaving Jacob (Spencer Macpherson) once again.
In “Here without You,” this week’s episode of The Way Home, Nick gets some answers from Kat and Elliot, but can he handle the truth? Del, Kat and Alice are feeling the absence of key allies for each of them as they struggle to make life-altering decisions. Alice grapples with what she learned in the aftermath of witnessing the party at Lingermore. We’ll learn more about Jacob’s time in 1814 during those years between present and past as well as some secrets in the family almanac.
