Kodak Black’s Tour Buses Raided While He Performs In Washington, D.C.: Report

Reports state that police located firearms.

The legal troubles surrounding Kodak Black seem to be increasing. He was recently arrested at the Canadian border upon re-entering the United States. He and his entourage were found with copious amounts of marijuana and a number of loaded firearms. He also is facing charges of sexual assault in South Carolina, a trial that may begin sometime later this year.

Aside from his regularly scheduled conflicts with his fellow hip hop stars, Kodak can’t seem to stay out of the law’s way. According to The Blast, the rapper was performing on stage in Washington D.C. when police raided his fleet of tour buses. The publication reports that the Metropolitan Police Department of the District of Columbia entered the rapper’s tour buses and searched accompanying vehicles. The Blast claims that their sources tell them weapons were found, once again, and members of the rapper’s entourage were arrested.

Their source emphasized that none of the weapons belonged to Kodak and he was on stage, unaware of the search when it all went down. It has not yet been made public why the authorities were examining the rapper and his team’s vehicles in the first place, but his recent run-ins with the law certainly don’t help. Police may have been responding to an anonymous tipster who dropped a dime on the rapper and his crew, and if so, there may be a weak link in the chain.
