Meghan Markle’s plans for her new lifestyle brand, American Riviera Orchard, are expanding.

The Duchess of Sussex, 42, is pursuing trademarks for exclusive rights to sell cosmetic products, home décor, stationery, linens, small kitchen appliances, condiments, yoga equipment, gardening gear and pet accessories plus more tableware and jarred food products under the American Riviera Orchard name.

Trademark applications filed on March 9 with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and obtained by PEOPLE reveal that American Riviera Orchard has plans to sell goods in nearly every lifestyle lane.

The Duchess of Sussex appears to be diving into the beauty business, from skincare to cosmetics to scents. Beyond fragrance and lavender sachets, the trademark application lists “Non-medicated skin care preparations; Bath and shower gels and salts not for medical purposes; Non-medicated hair preparations; Bath soap; Bar soap; Non-medicated hand soaps: Body creams: Bath oil: Body lotions; Cosmetics; Body oil; Scented oils; Air fragrance reed diffusers; Fragrances; Room fragrances; Incense.”

The same document further mentions “Jewelry; lockets (jewelry); Jewelry dishes and ring holders,” which aligns with the Duchess of Sussex’s personal style.

Wallpaper, pillows, furniture, picture frames, live flower arrangements and seeds for planting are also named.

Pets are also in mind, with the application covering pet shampoos and conditioners, pet food and treats and “pillows for household pets.” Meghan and Prince Harry are dog parents to Pula, Guy and rescue beagle Mamma Mia, making the pet products a natural fit for the budding brand, which is also pursuing permission for leashes, collars, bowls and feeding mats.

Other highlight items are wine-carrying cases and bags, calling back to Meghan’s original lifestyle blog The Tig, which was named after her favorite wine, Tiganello. The Duchess of Sussex ran the site while starring on Suits and shuttered the lifestyle site dedicated to food, travel, fashion and personal reflections in 2017 during her courtship with Prince Harry.

Beyond “Household linen; Bed spreads; Bed blankets; Pillow cases; Bed sheets; Bed skirts; Throws; Bath linen; Interior decoration fabrics; Picnic blankets; Table linen of fabric or textile; Coasters of textile; Textile placemats; Napkins of textile; Textile tablecloths; Curtains; Kitchen towels; Kitchen linens; Woven fabrics; Gift wrap of textile or fabric; Knitted fabrics; Textile wall hangings; Felt and non-woven textile fabrics,” beach gear also gets a mention with towels and blankets. The Duke of Sussex, 39, has cited the beach as a highlight of life in Montecito, and locals say he’s known to spend time there.

A second application also filed on March 9 lists everything from gardening shears and string lights to printed greeting cards and day planners, paper decorations, wrapping paper, photo albums and calligraphy pens. The specialized writing instrument is no surprise, as Meghan previously moonlighted as a calligrapher before Suits.

American Riviera Orchard also seeks to sell “candle holders; Non-electric aromatic oil diffusers, other than reed diffusers; Tea light essential oil diffusers; Electric aromatherapy oil diffusers; Incense burners; Plates for diffusing aromatic oil; Decorative crystal prisms; Exfoliating brushes; Basins in the nature of bowls; Cosmetic brushes” and much more under their name.

In the kitchen, the brand is also interested in fares from the table to the counter. “Bowls; Dishes; Beverage glassware; Teapots; Drinking cups and saucers; Carafes; Serving dishes; Pitchers; Jars for jams and jellies of crystal; Glass jars sold empty; Jars for jams and jellies of glass; Spoons for serving jams and fruit preserves,” tying into the food products outlined on a February application for American Riviera Orchard, as well as crockery, honey pot and dipper sets, glass jars and containers are also mentioned.

Specific kitchen items include “Bakeware; Pots, Roasting dishes; Pans; Non-electric coffee makers; Non-electric tea kettles; Cooking utensils” as well as “Cookie cutters; Vases; Soap dispensers; Soap dishes; Dish cloths; Baskets for gardening” and much more.

Foods including honey butter, dried fruits and vegetables, coffee, tea and seasonings are listed plus condiments like ketchup, mustard, salad dressing and relish. Sweet treats like cookies and biscuits are also included.

Final items include “Meditation blankets; Yoga bolsters; Yoga straps; Yoga blankets; Meditation cushions,” bringing another one of Meghan’s hobbies into the brand.

Both applications were filed by Mama Knows Best LLC, based in San Francisco. In a hint of what might come, both seek the green light for “retail store services and online retail store services.”

The updates come after the Duchess of Sussex launched the lifestyle brand American Riviera Orchard with a website landing page and Instagram account on March 14. The name nods to Santa Barbara, the California town where she lives with her husband, Prince Harry, and their children, 4-year-old son Prince Archie and 2-year-old daughter Princess Lilibet. The stretch of California coast has been nicknamed the “American Riviera” for over 100 years, and Meghan included the name of their neighborhood, Montecito, below the American Riviera Orchard logo.

The pages haven’t changed since the March 14 launch. The Instagram has drawn over 572,000 followers to date, including some celebrity fans. American Riviera Orchard’s first Instagram Story showed Meghan arranging flowers and mixing in a kitchen to the tune of “I Wish You Love” by Nancy Meyers.

Around the same time, a source exclusively told PEOPLE that the Duchess of Sussex was “excited” about the new venture and its coordinating website.

“Meghan finds the name American Riviera Orchard perfect. It feels authentic to her. She can’t wait for the website to launch,” the source told PEOPLE.
