Nas EBK has been arrested and charged with allegedly killing a man in a Times Square shooting in February.

According to AMNY, the Bronx drill rapper was picked up in New Jersey on Friday (March 10) and then brought back to Midtown for his arrest.

Nas EBK has been accused of getting into an argument with the victim, 22-year-old Idressa Siby, on February 9 at the corner of the very-public intersection of 44th Street and 8th Avenue in Times Square. The argument is said to have escalated with EBK allegedly shooting Siby, striking him on the right side of his chest.

The report states that Siby tried to flee but collapsed a block later at a Chick-fil-A. Multiple attempts at reviving him on the scene proved unfruitful, and he later succumbed to his injuries at Mt. Sinai West.

Police state that the pair knew each other and Siby was indeed the intended target. Nas EBK is charged with murder in the second degree.

The DS4Ever rapper has claimed his innocence, taking to Instagram on the day of his arrest with a post that simply read: “INNOCENT.” In his caption, he added: “ONLY GOD CAN JUDGE ME !!! BE HOME SOON !! FREE DA GUYS !!”

The arrest arrives just weeks after Nas EBK was charged with terroristic threats and assault over a YouTube prank video that was filmed at a local grocery store.

The prank, which was posted on Buba100x’s YouTube channel, follows EBK donning a red hoodie as he and Buba ask ShopRite shoppers odd questions and scream loudly.

Things gets out of hand once EBK snatches an employee’s hat. The disgruntled worker then begins to argue with Buba and EBK after the latter returns it. As tensions escalate, authorities claim the 19-year-old brandished a “scalpel-style knife.”

“Walk toward me again and I’ll violate you,” the rapper can be heard saying before kicking the man and running off.

Rochelle Park Police claimed that Nas EBK, Buba100x and the filmmaker fled the scene before authorities arrived. The video has been viewed over 430,000 times since it went live in January.
