OFFSET FACES WRATH OF PETA OVER CARDI B’S CROCODILE BIRTHDAY BIRKINS

Offset has sparked controversy with animal rights organization PETA after gifting his wife Cardi B extravagant gifts on her birthday.

In a statement to RadarOnline, the organization slammed the rapper, who reportedly shelled out hundreds of thousands of dollars on crocodile-skin Birkin bags for his leading lady’s special day. The Bronx MC celebrated her 31st birthday on Wednesday (October 11).

“Instead of using his wealth and influence for good, Offset chose to funnel hundreds of thousands of dollars into a gruesome, violent industry that electroshocks crocodiles, shoves metal rods into their heads in an attempt to scramble their brains, and mutilates them while they’re still alive,” PETA Vice President Lisa Lange told the outlet.

“PETA reminds everyone that people who still spend their money on a closet full of dead animals’ body parts either are clueless or simply don’t care about the extreme cruelty they’re perpetuating — it’s just not worth it,” she continued.

Earlier this week, Cardi B took to Instagram where she shared a carousel of photos highlighting her birthday. The photo series showed the rap star donning a red floor-length gown with lace inserts, posing in front of a massive display consisting of rose petals and balloons.

In a separate post, the “WAP” rapper shared a video clip in which she was greeted by a staircase covered in red rose petals, leading her to an open room where the three Birkin bags awaited.

“This n-gga, I swear to god,” she said in an Instagram video. “I don’t give a fuck, I’ll bite bitches for this man. I will bite you bitches for this man.”

In the caption, she wrote: “Thank you soo much babe @offsetyrn …you always go beyond for me.I love your skin,I love your face,I love your body , your ankles,I love your soul,I love your heart,I love your fart ,I love your faith,I love your talent ,I will BITE anybody for you

Just last month, Offset celebrated his “beautiful” wife with a similar move on their sixth wedding anniversary.

The “Clout” hitmaker took to Instagram in late September to share a series of photos of the “Bodak Yellow” rapper luxuriating in their Atlanta home, surrounded by flowers and tall white candles while R&B music played in the background.

“Happy anniversary my beautiful Gorgeous Pretty Wife,” he wrote in the caption. “Since I met you I grown to become a better man no matter what you have my back and I can trust you with my life blessed to have a loyal strong woman on my side.”

He continued: “You blessed me with beautiful kids you are my safe place in this crazy world. you believe in me more than I do sometimes… I couldn’t imagine a life without you….. we gone continue life together I LOVE YOU.”
