Jordan Peele is the master of horror of our time and with films like ‘Nope’ or ‘Get Out’ he has proven time and again that no one does the job as he does. There is some good news for the fans of Jordan Peele. The filmmaker and actor is developing a new series. It will be horror of course and Selena Gomez will partner him in the project.

The series will premiere on Prime Video and it will be based on the graphic novel ‘Coyote’. Coyote is written by novelist Sean Lewis who will also be there as an executive producer along with Selena. There are no updates but chances are Selena Gomez may star in it as well. The casting is yet to be done and the writing is in a pretty early stage due to the writer’s strike.

Jordan Peele has directed critically acclaimed films and his fourth feature film will be released on the 25th of December in 2024. It will be great to have such a filmmaker for a series adaptation of a graphic novel.

‘Coyotes’ is described as a mix between Kill Bill and The Last Of Us. There are werewolves killing and eating the women from a border area city in the deserts and a police officer named Frank Coffey meets a young girl named Red who is determined to kill those werewolves. They soon get to know that these werewolves are actually men from the villages…and they set off for an epic adventure.

It will be great to have Jordan Peele direct an apocalyptic series adapted from a graphic novel. There are no updates on the project now but it will start filming after Peele’s next feature film.
