Selena Gomez Returned to Instagram With a Series of Moody Pics After a Monthlong Hiatus
The 30-year-old actor hadn’t posted on the social media platform in over a month. The last snap of her was shared on April 20, when she posed alongside Meryl Streep, who will be guest-starring on season three of her Hulu show, Only Murders in the Building.
And it looks like the makeup mogul has been busy traveling the world as she posed under red lights in a restaurant in Paris.
Gomez looked super stylish in a blazer atop a sleeveless turtleneck and jeans. Her brunette locks were slicked back into a tight bun, and she accessorized with gold hoop earrings and a pair of oval shades.
“Paris, friends, food and @rarebeauty , oh what a dream!” the former Disney Channel star captioned the carousel of images, in which she’s seen holding one of her makeup products.
Fans left gushing comments under her post. “You’re finally back! Enjoy the time in Paris ❤️ i love you Beauty!! ❤️❤️,” wrote one fan.
Another added: “I MISSED YOU SO MUCH SELENA MY BBY,” while a third echoed, “I’m glad to finally see your post.”
Selena’s return to social media comes after the dust has settled between her and Hailey Bieber; fans have long pitted the two against each other.
Since the start of the year, social media has been on fire with theories of the pair’s apparent dislike for one another. Many claimed that Hailey, who is now married to Selena’s ex, Justin Bieber, shared several cryptic posts that made fun of and “bullied” the brunette.
Many fans dubbed Bieber a “mean girl” without proof that any of her posts were about Selena.
The online hatred towards Hailey got so intense and vile that Selena called for its end in a post shared back in March. Gomez wrote, “This isn’t what I stand for. No one should have to receive hate or bullying. I’ve always advocated for kindness and really want this all to stop.”
