Television series ‘Borla Boys’ soon to start

The TV series dubbed “Borla Boys” is a youth focused TV Series created to throw more light on environmental sanitation & public health issues through entertainment. The TV Series forms part of programmes and activities lined up for this year’s Youth In Sustainable Sanitation Project as an initiative to address sanitation and public health by getting the youth to rally behind and be sensitized.

At a press briefing in Accra, at the Baobab Creative Studios on Wednesday, Ricky Allotey, Project Manager for Youth In Sustainable Sanitation (YISS) indicated the creative team is poised to produce nothing but the best of mind boggling content spiced with humour.

The 13 episodes TV Series which will start airing major Televisions and social media platforms from June will have actors and actresses such as veteran Fred Amugi, John Peasah, Zynnel Zuh, Edinam Atachie, Kofi Abrabo, Rosemond Brown and many others.

Borla Bois TV series

The story line which will convey a youthful theme and setting, is to get the youth in both junior/senior high schools to relate to and appreciate some of the social happenings as well as the society surrounding it.
