Thutmose – Ambience

Rising rapper Thutmose is as versatile as they come. Whether he’s crooning catchy melodies or spitting straight bars, he never fails to impress me. The Nigerian, Brooklyn-based artist has been making moves over the past couple years and aims to take yet another big step with his forthcoming EP Don’t Wake Me.

Now he’s prepping for the full EP release with a new song titled “Ambience” that includes an infectious sample of Koffee’s “Raggamuffin.” The dreamy new single comes along with a fitting music video that brings this lush, catchy single to life in the best way. The aptly-name song dives into Thut’s desire to stay asleep with the girl of his dreams (literally).
