IS TTAG EXECUTIVES SLEEPING ON THEIR JOBS – KATAKYIE BA AMANFO

2020/2021 TTAG Leadership started January this year and the sector has been working from last year November till now and the national front started this year January till now.

Lo and behold the association has been working close to 6,7 months now and yet to get a pesewa from their source of fund. Trainees was agitating for their allowance where the association get their source of fund from and God been so good two months allowance has been paid to trainees almost 3 months now and the sectors are yet to get even a month component of the allowance.

National front is saying SLTF is yet to disbursed the association component and we are asking is it the national front who are sleeping on their mandate or they don’t think of the sectors sufferings or trainees or maybe they are getting what they want and are using it to benefit themselves.

Leadership is all about been proactive and doing the needs of your subordinates but per the look of things it seems this leadership are rather dozing and needs to wake up or they needs to be told their mandates again, so that they can recall and act accordingly

Leadership should act as leaders and stop acting as leaders who fear or are afraid to fight for their people.
