In a new filing obtained by PEOPLE, the reality star accuses her estranged husband Christian Dumontet of monitoring her without her “knowledge or consent”

Christine Quinn is accusing her estranged husband Christian Dumontet of using small cameras and Apple AirTags to allegedly spy on her.

In new court documents filed on April 24 and obtained by PEOPLE, the former Selling Sunset star, 34, claims Dumontet hired a security guard to “surveil and occupy” the Los Angeles home she used to live in before the software engineer’s March 20 arrest.

Quinn alleges that she was continually denied access to the property until April 19 due to Dumontet “refusing to provide my counsel with the gate access code,” as stated in the documents.

She alleges that the home was “intentionally left in a hazardous, filthy, and unlivable condition” when she was finally able to enter.

“I believe the home was completely trashed so that I would be unable to occupy the residence with my son,” Quinn claims in the document. The reality star shares 3-year-old son Christian Georges with Dumontet.

She further alleges: “I also discovered numerous Apple AirTags and battery-operated cameras hidden all throughout the residence, including in my personal office. I took photos of these camera devices, which were approximately the size of quarters.”

Quinn also claims Dumontet kept her “under surveillance through Apple AirTags without my knowledge or consent.”

In addition to allegedly finding these devices, she also claims Dumontet’s security guard — whom she refers to as “a complete stranger” — appeared to be living in the home.

“There were new pillows at the residence, the shower was wet from having been recently used, and most disturbingly, my underwear had been taken from my drawer and were strewn on top of the bed in the master bedroom,” she alleges.

Before entering the home, Quinn claims the security guard was “observing and stalking” her, in addition to saying “threatening remarks” like, “I will be seeing you again” and “I’m not going anywhere.”

PEOPLE reached out to lawyers and representatives for both Quinn and Dumontet but did not immediately hear back.

Both exes have requested restraining orders against one another following an alleged domestic violence incident in March that resulted in Dumontet’s arrest.

Dumontet’s request was denied, PEOPLE confirmed on Wednesday, April 17, while Quinn’s was granted by a judge on March 28. On Friday, April 5, Dumontet filed for divorce and cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for requesting the dissolution of their marriage.
