My kids will be getting their first phones at age 24 – Simi
Nigeria singer Simsola Bolatito Adeola Opeyemi Oreoluwa Ogunleye, popularly known as Simi has expressed great dislike about the increasing rate of p*rn videos on social media and has disclosed she will be giving her kids their first mobile phones when they turn 24. The singer who couldn’t hold back her emotions said the internet is no more user friendly for children with the display of adult content that seem harmful for kids.
In a series of tweets sighted by ghlinks.com.gh, Simi, obviously angry with the trend on Twitter nagged about how every corner of the communication App is flooded with adult videos and warned that kids are also on the App. She also asked people to get their stuff together and abstain from posting such content.
The recently wedded bride of colleague artiste Adenkule Gold gave a hint on how she was going to bring up her kids and said she was going to homeschool them to prevent ensure they stay away from phones and away from bad company.
That’s some serious parenting rules the singer is going to stick to.
