Police invites Tekno for questioning for dancing with naked girls in transparent truck

Nigerian singer Tekno has reportedly been invited by the police for dancing with half-naked women in a transparent truck.

The musician was recently seen in a snippet of an upcoming video, dancing with four half-naked women believed to be strippers.

In the clip, Tekno is seen spanking the buttocks of the girls while spraying money on them in a transparent truck.

According to Linda Ikeji’s blog, the singer was invited to the Lagos state police command by the state CID for questioning this morning.

“Tekno has been invited by the State CID in respect of those strp dancers in the truck in a public place dancing naked. So he is invited for questionning. He is in our office at the moment,” Lagos state police command spokesperson, Bala Elkana told Linda Ikeji.

According to the Lagos State Signage and Advertising Agency, LASSAA, Tekno’s public nudity contravenes Section 136 of the Criminal Law of Lagos State, 2015 and risks two or three imprisonment.

The law says “any person who commits any act of gross indecency with another person in public commits an offence and liable to a conviction to three years imprisonment”.

Section 134 (a) further states that “an indecent act in a public place makes both parties engaging in the act liable to imprisonment for two years”.
