Kim Kardashian in tears after Kanye West struck deal with ex Ray J for ‘unreleased tape’

Kim Kardashian is reduced to tears in the latest episode of the family’s new Hulu series The Kardashians by Kanye West ’s grand gesture to retrieve her “unreleased sex tape”.

The 41-year-old beauty mogul shot to fame in 2007 after an adult entertainment company, who reportedly paid $1 million for it, leaked the tape with ex-boyfriend Ray J online.

As it went viral, Kim and her family launched the first ever series of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, which wrapped after 20 seasons and has now been revamped under a new name for Hulu.

The third episode of The Kardashians sees the mum-of-four in a New York hotel with her friends, mum Kris Jenner and sister Khloe Kardashian in the hours before hosting Saturday Night Live.

The Skims founder asks her mum and Khloe to come to her hotel room, where they find Kim’s husband Kanye, fresh from an economy class Los Angeles flight.

Kanye tells Kris: “I just came from the airport. This is my travelling coach vibes.”

He continued enigmatically: “I just travelled to get something for Kim. That’s what she wants to show you.”

Kim then appeared with a small wheelie suitcase, telling a gathered group of her friends and family as her voice choked up with emotion: “Kanye flew home last night and he came back this morning. I want to show you guys what he got me.”

Kris was heard saying “Oh my God” as Kim unzipped the suitcase to show a vintage desktop computer, wires and a hard drive.

Openly crying, Kim explained: “He got me all of the sex tape back. He flew home and got the computer, it was on a hard drive. He met up with Ray J at the airport and got it all back for me.”

Kim then told the Hulu cameras: “I know Kanye did this for me, but he also did this for my kids. I want to shield them as much as I can.

“If I have the power to or Kanye has the power to, that is the most important thing to me. I’m just so emotional because of it. It just means a lot to me.”

Kim then joked: “I think I need a security guard just to stand by this janky bag.”

Kris said to the group: “Thank you for Kanye and for his unbelievable ability to get something done and probably a big fat huge cheque, so we’re very grateful.”

Kim later told the Hulu cameras she had watched the footage on the hard drive Kanye retrieved and said it was just her and ex Ray J at a resturant and a nightclub, adding it was “nothing sexual, nothing weird”.

This comes after Kim was reduced to tears in the premiere episode of the family’s new Hulu series, as the leaked 2002 sex tape returned to haunt her.

As the family gathered for an afternoon barbeque, the day was upended when six-year-old son Saint showed the Skims founder his Roblox game on his iPad.

Kim later explained to the cameras that there was a picture of Kim’s infamous crying face with a “click-bait” link advertising “super inappropriate” unreleased footage of the sex tape.

Kim was later seen calling up estranged husband Kanye West and immediately bursting into tears while explaining the situation.
